Shipping Policy
We ship within Spain. We partner with the top courier services to ensure your orders are delivered quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.
1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
During the checkout process, you can choose from the following shipping options:

Correos (Standard): Estimated delivery within 3 business days. This is the most cost-effective option (available for Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands).

Correos Express: Express delivery within 1 business day (24 hours) (available for Mainland Spain).

SEUR: Express delivery within 1 business day (24 hours) (available for Mainland Spain).
Please note: Orders are processed within 24 business hours. Delivery times apply from the moment the package leaves our warehouse. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Special Zones (Balearic and Canary Islands)
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the courier service you select. You will see the final shipping cost before confirming your payment.

Balearic Islands: Different shipping rates apply compared to mainland Spain. Please make sure to select the correct province/island during checkout so the system can apply the appropriate rate.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Shipping to these locations is available by request only. Due to specific shipping costs, please consult us at pedidos@rakijamercat.es before placing an order to get a personalized quote.
3. Age Restriction (Legal Requirement)
In accordance with Spanish law, the sale of alcoholic beverages to individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age. The courier service (Correos, Correos Express, or SEUR) reserves the right to request a valid ID (DNI/NIE/Passport) upon delivery to verify your age.
4. Damaged Goods & Breakage
We take extra care in packaging our bottles using certified, shock-resistant materials designed specifically for glass transport. However, if your package arrives damaged or shows signs of leakage:

Refuse the delivery directly from the courier and state the reason.

If you have already accepted the package, please take clear photos of the box and the broken bottles, and email them to us at pedidos@rakijamercat.es within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement for you at no extra cost.
